After spending a lot of time researching new tvs, I decided to puchase the Vizio XVT553SV. I am very with my decision. After going through the setup wizard I was immediately surprised by the ease of use. When I did call support to ask a question I got through right away and my question was answered immediately.
The picture as others mentioned is outstanding. The default picture settings looked good but I went ahead and used some tweaks I saw in a review and adjusted from there and the result is an even better quality picture. The menu system on this tv is done very well.
The remote is one of favorite features - easy, small, and and an awesome slide out keyboard. This makes the huge selection of Internet apps on the tv very useful. After seeing how other tvs do internet apps I think XVT553SV have the best implementation of all.
